To reposition LabFinder.com as an authority in healthcare and testing online, we implemented a consistent voice across digital platforms that was not only educational, but caring and sociable. Utilizing finely tuned buyer personas and user journeys, we built tailored content for LabFinder’s target audience through a thoughtful and consistent output of long-form informational blogs, infographics and regularly scheduled social media posts.
