Approach 

Creating an Engaging Online Presence

To reposition LabFinder.com as an authority in healthcare and testing online, we implemented a consistent voice across digital platforms that was not only educational, but caring and sociable. Utilizing finely tuned buyer personas and user journeys, we built tailored content for LabFinder’s target audience through a thoughtful and consistent output of long-form informational blogs and regularly scheduled social media posts.

Multidisciplinary Strategy

Social media ideation and content was organized interactively through an omni-channel editorial calendar referencing each channel’s audience, national holidays, press opportunities and feature releases to execute planning seamlessly. Design, strategy and content creatives collaborated using
hyper-productive design and copy tools to optimize content creation, output efficiency and reach.

Collaborative Design

We created a strategic social media design that is both aesthetically engaging and relevant to LabFinder’s audience. We used collaborative systems among our team to improve content creation processes. Through this simplified and efficient method, we created original illustrations and customized handpicked images based on user research to create a variety of resonating and consistent branded social media posts.
